Nirvikalpa Yoga

The aim and meaning of Yoga and meditation is union with God or Nature. Becoming one with the soul is possible only in the Nirvikalpa Samadhi state. Nirvikalpa samadhi can never be adequately explained or expressed for it is beyond physiology. One gains Realization of God and the Self only after attaining the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi. All Meditational practices, all discourses, all Spiritual gatherings, various Spiritual symposiums and seminars have only one common goal ... attainment of the state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi and then self realization. Self realization is to fully know and realize who you are. Before knowing God know yourself, if you understand yourself then only is it possible to understand God, Nature or Love.

SwSwamiji is himself a Nirvilkapla mahayogi and when those who are real seekers approach him, he will guide them in a simple way to achieve their goals of Iha and Para (Worldly life and spiritual life). You may be a common person (a householder) or practicing Meditation in the deep forests all have equal rights for achieving the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi

Swamiji always repeats:

Belief is relief. Trust any thing that makes you comfortable and happy either God, Guru, Nature, word( Mantra) or any relation and grow from there upon. When you question yourself you will get the answer. No need to approach any master or Guru at least believe your own self. When belief wakes up you will receive everything in time. As the day passes if you feel free of fear and pain and are content it means you are on the right path.

The five elements in the nature are one part of the physical body. These five elements are ether, air, fire, water, earth and they are sub-elements in the body. It means they are major elements when in the external nature, i.e. out of the body, and they become minor in the body. The five elements in major and minor forms are mutually related and make the body operate systematically. Without them, the body is nothing. For example, air is travelling throughout the body. It comes from the outside, travels in the inside then goes outside again. Only when air enters the body can there be activity. It is like electricity in the bulb. The bulb is nothing without electricity. Only when the current enters the bulb, can there be light. There is no light 'when current fails. In the same manner, air is travelling into the body. If it stops, there is nothing in the body. It functions in the same manner for all five elements. Another example is fire: temperature. When the temperature stops the body is no more. It could be useful to know what are ether, air, water, fire and earth in the body. Ether is energy flowing from the higher spheres ; water is blood, saliva, tears, urine, motion, lymph, and cephalo-rachidian liquids ; earth is food, proteins, vitamins. The lack of anyone of these elements causes the death of the body." So these elements which are major in the nature come from outside and they become sub elements in the body. Primarily, they are not in the body. So the body is like an instrument. When the five elements enter the body, and then by itself it operates systematically.

There are seven major chakras in the physical body. Every chakra has one energy.

The air enters through the nose and travels in the body and leave. It operates by cycles. When air enters into the body, all chakras are rotating, like in a bicycle. There are two wheels upon the chain. When you make the chain move, the two wheels are rotating. Otherwise nothing happens. In the same manner the chakras in the "air" chain are rotating. When chakras start rotating, they start working properly. At the same time is coming the electric fire, i.e. the energy fire. If you put a battery on your bicycle upon the tire, when the wheel is rotating, the magnets are moving in such a way the current comes and makes light. When chakra is rotating, it is like a magnetic fire and it releases energy through the brain. There are thousands of cells in the brain, making thousand of patterns. It is like a lotus flower having a thousand petals. In the forehead there are two petals: one on the left and one on the right. When the Magnetic fire reaches there, the brain is activated. Then your eyes can take pictures like a camera. Images are sent to the brain which recognizes what is seen, smelt, tasted, heard, sensed. Then it is expressed into ideas through the mind. Mind is activating like a television. In television, there is actually no picture since they are coming from outside through channels. In the same manner you are looking, listening, tasting, hearing, sensing. Everything is recorded in the brain and then is reproduced in the forehead. That is called agnya chakra, which is based in the forehead. When you understand well, that is jnana which means"enlightenment". Otherwise, that is called ajnana, ignorance. Thus agnya is enlightened or not enlightened.

Soul and mind have different activities but they merge in the physical body, soul depending on mind and heart and their mutual relationship. Heart beats when the function of understanding is recognizing: "yes, it is that", or: "this is good, that is bad". Everything is understood easily and all is given to another chakra called vishudda, in the middle of the throat. Then it comes to anahata which is the middle of the heart. What you are seeing, what you are thinking, what you are doing, all comes to anahata. This Chakra understands everything. It receives from the soul and it gives conscience to you: what you want to do, what orders have to be given to what functions. Orders are given for activity through the hands, the legs. The activation is immediate. The heart is the living place of the soul. The soul is making the action. It is senses; it is emotions, like anger, happiness, sadness. Soul is like a director, it gives orders to everything and everything goes to the designed place. So there is the mind, the soul, the physical body, each in good relationship to each other. They collaborate in doing work.

There are three bodies: physical body, ether body, astral body.

Soul is like a seed. When you are enlightened, it comes to the light. Physical body is like an instrument, like a cell phone. Only when it receives energy it activates. Ether body is a subbody (corps mineur). It depends on the five elements. Astral body is like a seed in the beginning stage. Astral body is the body of soul and emotions. Physical body never stays alive for long, but soul never dies. When one seed dies, another is coming: when you burry a seed in the earth, from the seed comes a tree making flowers and fruits which fall down and releases their seeds. The seed is going on continuously. The tree and fruits are seasonal, they come in time. Sometimes they live, sometimes they are dead. Same manner for physical and ether body: they come in their own time, seasonal. But soul never dies. It travels through different bodies, from birth to death. Why do souls want to take number of births? Because of desires (or karma). Desires are very strong in Physical body. They are so strong they want to go to rebirth. When desires stop, soul can take Liberation and merge into the cosmic. Desires appeared throughout the ages. There was no desire in the first human generation, which lived totally naturally. Desires started to appear slowly, and wanted more and more. If you have a land, it is not enough, you want more. If you have one building, only, you are not happy. Desires start to fill our life, accompanied by pain, fear, disappointment, sadness, disgust. Sometimes happiness is felt, but this is not total happiness: always something is missing. There is struggle, fight against problems. How long? Endless! When desires stop you come to a normal life. When desires are fulfilled, when you are at the end of desires, then only is eternal happiness full and total happiness. When you understand yourself well, you understand the body, the mind, the soul, then you can stop desires. When you are not realized yourself you are unable to realize anything. So realize yourself. This is self-realization. You realize yourself and you are able to realize God, soul, and nature.

Identification to desires is very strong. I feel desires create lot of contractions in the mind and in the body. Body suffers from desires ...

Yes, desires make chakras rotate improperly and sometimes they can even close. Desires come from ignorance, and ignorance can make chakras become balck. At the opposite, when chakras start to operate well, then comes energy which goes to distinct processes in the body, the mind and so on. Everything starts to activate well, and to enlighten. Then come Understanding and self-realization. You understand everything easily, i.e. what is the soul, what is the supreme soul, what is god, what is nature. Soul is enlightened.

People do not understand what their real need is. They think they need money, wife, children, and thus they are travelling through their desires which make them unhappy. They do not know how to be happy. But when they realize what their true need is, they can become truly happy when they get it. By doing proper internal yoga, it is possible to properly open chakras. When they operate well, the seven chakras will release their seven natural fires. Internal yoga is very important for mental peace and happiness. In the vedic knowledge, muladhara chakra, at the base of the spine, contains serpentine fire (feu serpentin) which is sleeping. Through yoga practice, the power of this fire is awakening and can travel in your body, and enlighten you. Totality of the body will be enlightened, like nectar. Practice makes perfectness.

Does it mean that when soul is enlightened, one is no more affected by diseases like cancers, auto-immune diseases or even a simple cold?

Diseases enter in the body. White blood cells can kill all diseases. In our body, there are natural antibiotics. What are these cells? Energy. Again chakras release energy, and this energy creates blood cells, white and red blood cells. They protect the body. When chakras are blocked they are unable to fight viruses or bacteria, then come diseases. No need of medicine. The only thing needed is a proper yoga practice which makes chakras open and enlighten. Energy comes into the body. All the work is to come back to the more natural way of functioning, where chakras operate properly. Then no more diseases, any more old age. Life usually is continuous dying. With proper practice, you live. Living is a form of art. When you understand this well, you are able to enjoy peace, happiness, sound health and longevity of life. No sadness, no sorrow, only total happiness.
